With a focus on identity and documentary, Chronicles uses participatory photography to examine daily life as seen through the eyes of different generations. Over the course of four weeks, the same 35mm Kodak colour disposable camera was used by myself, my grandmother, my aunt, and a colleague from my work. Because we frequently ignore the everyday details of life, I have chosen to concentrate on them throughout this project. To be featured in their unique photobooks, participants were requested to create an optional caption to accompany each photograph.
